It would be impossible to summarize in a short review just how amazing our experience with Quiton Cassidy has been, but I'll do my best. My wife and I met Quinton at an open house the first day we started tossing around the idea of a new place. We have several family friends that are realtors and already decided we would eventually work with one of them when we really got serious. But, at the 3rd or 4th house we visited that day, we met Quinton. He was very personable and took an immediate and genuine interest in who we were and what goals we were trying to accomplish. Out of all the realtors we interacted with that day, he was the only one that received one of my business cards and I'm sure glad I made the decision to give it to him. Very quickly I learned that Quinton is an absolute blessing to work with. He listens, takes direction well, is responsive, a problem solver and always seems to know the right cadence of follow up and communication. He also very quickly demonstrated his in-depth knowledge of the industry, and I knew I could trust his advice. Admittedly, we were not the easiest clients to work with. We changed directions multiple times, came up with crazy new ideas of things we thought we wanted, and we ran Quinton all over the county for months. I'm sure it had to be frustrating at times, but he did not express or even hint at that once. Now, fast forward to the house we finally found and the effort that Quinton put in to secure the deal: it was nothing short of a small miracle. The house went on the market that day and my family and I were leaving for a week long vacation the following morning. We looked at the property at 6:30 PM thinking we had no chance at it given there were already multiple showings, and probably a dozen more scheduled the next day along with an open house. To sum it up, this was one hot property that was not going to last long. Our only shot was to get it off the market that evening but the realist in me understood that it was very unlikely. Long story short, Quinton worked his magic and we were under contract at around 12:30 AM. I truly believe people don't just meet by accident. I'm so thankful for the series of events that transpired to put Quinton in our lives and then to take this journey with us. I'll close by saying we met Quinton as part of a business transaction and now my family is proud to call him a friend. We can't wait to have him and his beautiful family over for dinner to celebrate in our new place. If it hasn't been abundantly clear, I would recommend Quinton to anyone who needs assistance with a real estate transaction. He is truly the best!
